City Hall and Washington Middle College High School in West Sacramento are vaccine locations this week, including for students 12 years old and up who are now eligible for the Pfizer vaccine. State of CA's announcement

West Sacramento City Hall Vaccine Clinic

This clinic is hosted by CommuniCare and Healthy Davis Together at 1110 W Capitol Avenue and is open to all Yolo County residents, 12 years or older.  Walk ins are welcome. No appointments necessary.

Hours:

Tuesday and Wednesday: 1pm-7:30pm.

Thursday, Friday and Saturday:  9am-3:30pm.

Please bring a completed minor consent form signed by a parent or guardian.

WUSD Vaccine Clinics

All WUSD staff, families, and students age 12+ are now eligible to sign up to receive the Pfizer vaccine.

If you are 12-17 years old, you will need to provide consent by 1) coming to a clinic with your parent or guardian or 2) bringing a completed minor consent form signed by a parent or guardian.

MONDAY, MAY 17, 2021, at Washington Middle College High School (WMCHS), 637 Todhunter Avenue.

  • 2:00-3:30 pm Open for WMCHS students, family members, and staff only.
  • 3:30-4:30 pm Open to the entire West Sacramento community.

No appointment is needed; however, students are encouraged to sign-up here: http://buff.ly/3ePlzBf. Walk-ins are not allowed past 4:30 pm. The second dose will be available on June 7, 2021.

WEDNESDAY, MAY 19, 2021, at River City High School (RCHS), 1 Raider Lane, West Sacramento.

  •  2:00-4:00 pm Open for RCHS students, family members, and staff only. Sign-up here.

  • PRIVATE 1st Dose clinic: Tuesday, 5/18 Davis Joint Unified School District from 2 pm - 7 pm.
  • PUBLIC 1st Dose clinic: Wednesday, 5/19 inside the Walker Room in the HHSA Bauer Building from 5 pm - 7 pm. Walk-ins welcome. (Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson)
  • PUBLIC 1st Dose clinic: Thursday, 5/20 for those attending the River Cats Game from 5 pm - 10 pm. Walk-ins welcome. (Johnson & Johnson) 
  • PUBLIC 1st Dose clinic: Thursday, 5/20 at La Superior in Woodland from 6 pm - 7 pm. Walk-ins welcome. (Johnson & Johnson)  
  • PUBLIC 1st Dose clinic: Saturday, 5/22 at Nugget Fields in Davis from 10 pm - 2 pm. Walk-ins welcome. (Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson)

TESTING

And don't forget to get tested! Testing and vaccines go hand in hand to combat COVID-19.

Free testing in West Sacramento is available at Club West, 1125 Riverbank Rd on the north side of Bryte Park. This site is operated by OptumServe in partnership with the state, Yolo County, and the City of West Sacramento.

Hours: Monday – Thursday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. through May, 2021.
